Rates are based on 4 guests; add £10.00 per night, per additional guest.
It is possible to have shorter stays or different arrival time in the mid season. Please contact us.
Absolutely everything is included; utilities, bed linen, towels, welcome pack, after stay cleaning. From May to September included free wood is available if it gets cool in the evening. In the winter months there will be a charge of £6 a day for wood if used. The central heating (metred) is charged according to consumption.
We will have a lot of basic items in the kitchen such as spices, condiments tea and coffee, etc. and all the cleaning/essentials that you have in your own home. This will reduce incredibly what you will need to buy. We also make sure that you have milk, butter and a cool bottle of Orvieto or EstEStEst in the fridge.
